LOCKS AND LATCHES
Glass latches come in a few different designs for different glass systems. For Semi Frameless Glass we use a very streamlined internal latch that can hardly be seen. We’ve found this simple yet effective latch has proved itself over the years both aesthetically and practically. For full frameless glass we use a stainless latch which matches the spigots and hinges. These finishing touches really make the fence look great.
Glass hinges also come in different designs for the system used. Our semi frameless glass generally uses a tried and trusted formed plastic hinge that is resistant to weather and corrosion and has a very long life expectancy. Our full frameless gates use stainless hinges. These can either be tension operated hinges or hydraulically operated hinges that slow the gate down before closing to avoid excessive banging and noise.
